The Philips

Industrial Facility

is located in the Northeast Texas town of Clarksville.

The main facility was constructed in 1965-66 and is a metal structure situated on a    triangular-shaped piece of land approximately 12 acres in size.

  The facility consists of two adjoined buildings totaling 122,000 square feet.  There are 11 truck docks, including 6 drive through doors, on 3 sides of the building. The interior has been well maintained and has vinyl backed insulation, good ventilation, 20’-26’ ceilings in the larger section and 17’-22’ ceilings in the smaller section, 40’x20’ column spacing. 

There is a 2-story office in

one corner of the building

that is approximately 4,000 square feet per floor.

The facility is located in an industrial park environment in a pro-industry community and has the Freeport Inventory

Tax Exemption in place.
